Introduction

The LightSpeed Technologies® FTTX-NID-LGX outdoor-rated fiber optic enclosure streamlines fiber-to-the-home and business with all-in-one fiber optic connectivity in an affordable, easy-to-install package. It’s ideal for wiring fiber-based demarcation points, network connections and audio/video connections.

Unlike other outdoor-rated fiber enclosures that are specific to broadband, networking or audio/video, the FTTX-NID-LGX supports one swappable LGX panel that follows industry-standards, allowing integrators to quickly and easily customize fiber optic connections using off-the-shelf components. LGX panels are sold separately and options include multimode, single mode and hybrid connections.

To future-proof installations, the FTTX-NID-LGX features built-in cable management, cable coiling and multiple entry and exit points to accommodate extra fiber optic cable for service loops, repairs and retrofits. The FTTX-NID LGX is ideal for residential and commercial installations where affordable, quick, consistent, reliable and aesthetically pleasing fiber optic connections are required.
